Ranger Offshore, Inc. Orders Saturation Diving System As Part Of Expansion Plan
Houston, TX, July 28, 2010 ‐‐ Ranger Offshore, Inc. announced today that on June 22, 2010, as part of its strategic expansion, it awarded a contract for the construction of a DNV class, 1,000 foot capable, 6‐mansaturation diving system to Unique System, LLC. Unique System, L.L.C., a member of the Unique Maritime Group, provides engineering, procurement, design, construction, and commissioning of specialized diving equipment. The portable saturation system includes a 3‐man diving bell, a launch and recovery system, a hyperbaric rescue chamber and has the capability to increase to a 12‐man system.
